Views introduce a concept of a lightweight graphical component. View manages a rectangular output area.
The primary reason for views in the charting framework is for decorating chart with titles or footers and for displaying multiple charts on one page. Chart2D, Chart3D, LabeledChart, Legend, etc. are all examples of View implementations.
